Came in for restaurant week and it was amazing! Great, friendly service. I had the indecisive noodle flight and couldn't have picked a better option. (I can be very indecisive lol) The bartender was great, too! She was very knowledgeable and quick!

First time dining in at Little Noodle during Restaurant Week and WOW — 5 stars across the board. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite felt intentional and comforting at the same time. You can tell there’s real care in the kitchen. The service was just as impressive — friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing. The atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. If this is how they show up for Restaurant Week, I can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu. Highly recommend!

Little Noodle in the Garland District completely lives up to the hype. I had the pho with tri-tip and it was incredible! Rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and the tri-tip was tender and packed with flavor. I also ordered the spring rolls, which were fresh, balanced, and seriously good. You can tell a lot of care goes into the dishes. The portion sizes were perfectly filling for me. The atmosphere is cozy and hip, exactly what you want in Garland. Service was friendly and the whole experience felt relaxed and intentional.

What an incredible find! The best Ramen I've ever had. The smoked pork belly was so flavorful and meaty. Marinated egg was perfect. Drinks tasty and really unique. I appreciated the rice noodle gluten free option! My bowl was enough for two meals. Mack's customer service is top notch.

Decided to take my girlfriend here after seeing a post on a local food group about the Soup Dumplings. We not only got the Soup Dumplings (which were amazing) but we got the Spicy Coconut Udon with smoked porkbelly,(Loved) Smoked Miso Ramen with shrimp (Soooo Unique and Flavorful), Truffle Parm Edemame, A Totoro Dream Cocktail and a Smoked Pear Old Fashioned. We definitely ordered way toooo much food but we were so excited and everything sounded so good and it was. The service was so great too we are definitely gonna be new regulars. They have the cutest bar and it is so warm and inviting. We appreciated the little hints of PRIDE to make us feel welcome. This is a great date spot or just a new local vibe to add to your weekly routine in the Garland district. I 10/10 recommend going into to the adorable little bar in the back.

We got the Peanut Noodle Salad and Garlic Sesame Noods. The noodle salad was refreshing, especially on a hot day. I preferred my fiance's garlic noodles a bit, so I'll definitely be back. The spring rolls were also pretty good!!

Great service with a smile. Quick food prep. The bahn mi was yummy, the tofu was smokey but tasty. The coconut noodles were good, not amazing. Not a big portion, not a ton of flavor, but satisfying. Ube cheesecake was pretty good, but we weren’t in love with it. We would go back.

This place is absolutely amazing. I'm a addict when it comes to pho, and Little Noodle scratches that it, then leaves me itching for more after! It's a vicious cycles! The staff are warm, welcoming, quick, and efficient! I even had a chance to pop in during Restaurant Week, and they were absolutely killing it! These two factors have made it a too three spot in Spokane for me. A must try for those who haven't yet!
